摘要:
采用超声辅助法提取山楂多糖,考察了料液比、浸提温度、超声功率和超声时间4个因素对山楂多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:料液比1 g ∶25 mL、浸提温度60 ℃、超声功率80 W、超声时间20 min,最大提取率达到1.85%。
