摘要:
失地农民是城镇化进程中新出现的弱势群体，失地农民就业受诸多因素影响。研究结果表明，失地农民就业受自身因素、社区支持与区域经济发展等因素的限制。采用因子分析方法，对失地农民就业影响因素进行分析，在因子分析的基础上，探讨从社区支持角度构建失地农民就业保障体系。
