摘要:
随着我国城市化步伐的推进，失地农民逐渐增多。在城市化进程中，失地农民能够充分就业是社会稳定发展的重要内容。然而，失地农民就业存在各种影响因素。在界定失地农民概念的基础上，从个人、经济、社会、文化、政府5个方面构建失地农民就业水平评价指标体系，并采用AHP评价法评价各指标之间的关系，得出技能专长、家庭年收入、当地企业发展水平、就业培训水平、就业安置政策分别是5类指标的关键影响因素，并在此基础上提出发展地方产业、建立培训体系、加大扶持力度、制定奖励政策、打造服务平台等5项对策建议。
