摘要:
通过手术制备离体真胃平滑肌,利用MedLab生物信号采集处理系统记录平滑肌肌肉条收缩强度,研究不同浓度挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)对奶牛真胃平滑肌收缩的影响。结果表明,10~40 mmol/L的乙酸能显著抑制真胃平滑肌的收缩强度(P<0.01),43~55 mmol/L的乙酸能增强真胃平滑肌的收缩强度(P<0.05),60~75 mmol/L的乙酸对其收缩无显著影响(P>0.05);9.5~30.0 mmol/L的丙酸和11~18 mmol/L的丁酸能显著或极显著抑制真胃平滑肌的收缩;0~8.5 mmol/L的丙酸以及0~11 mmol/L的丁酸对其收缩无显著影响(P>0.05)。说明VFA浓度对奶牛真胃平滑肌的收缩强度有显著影响。
