摘要:
为解决食用菌生产前期中霉变菌袋对环境造成的严重危害,减少原材料损失,对食用菌霉变废料进行了再利用试验,探讨霉变废料再利用的有效方法。结果表明,在发菌阶段以废料95%、石灰5%配方制备的培养料效果最佳,可明显提高菌丝生长速度;在鲜菇产量上,以废料40%、棉籽皮48%、麦麸9%、糖1%、石膏1%、石灰1%配方配制的培养料,其生物学效率可达48.66%,明显优于对照(棉籽皮80%、麦麸18%、糖1%、石膏1%);废料60%、棉籽皮30%、麦麸6%、糖1%、石膏1%、石灰2%的培养料的生物学效率可达35.00%,与对照差异不显著。
