摘要:
为了研究噻苯隆(TDZ)预处理液对低温储藏过程中杨桐切枝品质和生理生化的影响,以杨桐切枝为试材,采用TDZ预处理液浸泡杨桐枝条基部24 h,以湿藏法于2~4 ℃环境中低温储藏37 d。结果表明,TDZ预处理结合低温储藏能够推迟杨桐叶片的黄化,延缓可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量的下降,提高CAT和SOD活性,降低相对电导率、MDA含量,增加切枝的瓶插寿命。
