摘要:
植物光系统Ⅱ(photosystem Ⅱ,PSⅡ)主要是由PSⅡ核心复合体(PSⅡ core complexes,PSⅡCC)和捕光天线复合物Ⅱ(light harvesting complex,LHCⅡ)组成。PSⅡ-LHCⅡ超分子复合物是构成PSⅡ颗粒的基本单元。PSⅡ的磷酸化作用在光合作用调控中具有重要意义,是研究热点。本文介绍了近年来PSⅡ-LHCⅡ、PSⅡCC、LHCⅡ的磷酸化作用及其调控的研究进展。
