摘要:
采用解剖学和组织切片技术对茎柔鱼精荚及其纳精囊进行了初步研究。结果表明,茎柔鱼每个精囊有240~500个不等的精荚,精荚由放射导管、接合部、精团以及外被膜组成。放射导管是精荚中的特殊结构,与精团翻转有关,其后连着接合部,主要功能与精荚释放有关,接合部之后则为外被膜包裹的精团。茎柔鱼纳精囊主要分布于周口膜表层以及近口球部分,个体平均纳精囊数约为263个,大小为0.28~1.26 mm不等。通过组织切片观察发现纳精囊由肌肉组织及数量众多的腔体组成,腔体壁上含有大量规则排列的精子。
