摘要:
以解冻后的精子活力为指标,研究了不同稀释液、不同抗冻剂、平衡时间、液氮熏蒸高度、稀释液pH值和不同糖类对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)精子超低温冷冻保存的影响。结果显示,最佳防冻液为10% 甲醇与CCSE2组合,最佳平衡时间为30 min,最佳熏蒸高度为7 cm,稀释液pH值为6.0和7.0时较合适,添加麦芽糖的冻精活力较好。
