摘要:
采用红外光谱法、气相色谱法、体外抗肿瘤活性测定法对海蚬多糖(CP)及3个纯化组分(F1、F2、F3)的性质及抗癌活性进行研究。结果表明,F1、F2主要有葡萄糖构成;F3由鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖组成,摩尔百分比分别为11.48%、17.15%、12.44%、21.57%、37.36%;海蚬多糖纯化组分F1、F2、F3具有多糖的特征吸收,存在α型构型;在50~400 μg/mL时,海蚬多糖对人胃癌细胞BGC-823有一定的抑制活性,随着多糖浓度提高,抑制活性呈上升趋势。
