摘要:
吡哆醛还原酶(pyridoxal reductase,PLR)是维生素B6代谢关键酶。从烟草-叶际微生物共生系统中提取PLR粗酶后,采用苯肼衍生方法测定PLR活性,鉴定PLR酶的来源,对叶际表面微生物进行分离、计数,并分析对应的活性,对其基本的酶学性质进行初步研究。结果表明:叶际微生物是PLR酶的主要来源,从烟草叶面分离得到了细菌、真菌、放线菌3种微生物;数量上细菌>真菌>放线菌;而同浓度下PLR活性比较,真菌>细菌>放线菌;该酶的最适反应温度为35 ℃,在pH值7.0时,酶活力最高。
