摘要:
针对秦东地区失地农民社会融合中遇到的障碍，分别从经济和社会2个方面进行了详细分析，并提出了改革和完善征地制度、健全社会保障体系、提升就业能力等5点建议，以促进失地农民社会融合，以便能从根本上综合解决失地农民所面临的多种问题。
