摘要:
为了解药用真菌红缘拟层孔菌的最佳培养条件,在单因素试验的基础上,以葡萄糖、蛋白胨、黄豆粉煮汁、pH值为因素,以菌丝干质量和发酵液抗肿瘤活性为标准,采用正交试验方法从中选出最优培养条件。结果表明:红缘拟层孔菌生长的最适温度为25 ℃,中性偏酸性环境,最适碳源为葡萄糖,氮源为蛋白胨,以菌丝干质量为标准,最优培养条件为:葡萄糖25 g/L,蛋白胨10 g/L,黄豆粉煮汁3 g/L,pH值为6;以发酵液抗肿瘤活性为标准,最佳培养条件为:葡萄糖20 g/L,蛋白胨8 g/L,黄豆粉煮汁4 g/L,pH值为6。
