摘要:
建立了比色法测定木荷树皮提取物总皂苷含量的方法。研究香草醛-冰醋酸溶液浓度、高氯酸用量、反应温度和加热时间对显色反应的影响,确定最佳比色条件为以7%香草醛-冰醋酸溶液和0.8 mL高氯酸溶液作为显色剂,显色温度为70 ℃,显色时间为25 min,在550 nm处测定吸光度。回归方程为y=4.915x+0.083 2(r2 =0.999 6),线性可靠,曲线显著,精密度试验的RSD为0.42%。该比色条件下测得木荷树皮提取物总皂苷含量为2.25%。该方法操作简单、准确、稳定性较好,可用于测定木荷树皮提取物总皂苷含量。
