摘要:
采用索氏提取法对臭椿树皮进行分离、提取及浓缩,获得臭椿提取物,采用不同浓度的提取液处理杂草藜的种子,测定其萌发率、幼根长度、幼芽长度、鲜重,以及藜叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性。结果表明,臭椿提取物能够抑制杂草藜种子萌发率,影响幼苗生长,降低幼苗鲜重叶绿素含量,增加MDA含量和POD活性。
