摘要:
以一年生无核白鸡心葡萄为试材,研究新梢基部环剥对葡萄花芽分化及相关物质含量的影响。结果表明,环剥处理短时间内提高了植株叶片和枝段的淀粉、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,降低了植株叶片和枝段全氮含量,提高了C/N 比,进而加快了花芽分化进程,缩短花芽分化时间,使其30~40 d完成花序第二穗轴分化。
