摘要:
从葡萄果园土壤中筛选出可有效抑制葡萄致病菌葡萄白粉病病原菌和葡萄霜霉病病原菌生长的菌株,通过表型生理学、生物化学研究,筛选出的菌株PT4被鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。为了增强PT4菌株的拮抗能力,对其进行 He-Ne 激光诱变,获得6株突变株,通过拮抗力和遗传稳定性的检测,对葡萄白粉病病原菌和葡萄霜霉病病原菌拮抗性最强的突变株PT46被挑选出来。根据试验结果,认为He-Ne 激光诱变拮抗菌的方法可以应用于葡萄霜霉病和葡萄白粉病的生物防治领域。
