摘要:
采用气相色谱与质谱联用法测定马铃薯块茎、植株和土壤中二甲戊灵的残留量。结果显示,二甲戊灵的最低检测量为5.0 pg,最低检出浓度为0.05 mg/kg,二甲戊灵在马铃薯块茎、植株和土壤中的加标回收率分别为858%~89.8%、86.2%~101.4%和78.7%~88.1%,相对标准偏差分别为4.88%~8.08%、6.23%~8.77% 和524%~7.39%。该方法快速、准确、灵敏高,适合马铃薯块茎、植株和土壤样品中二甲戊灵的残留量测定。
