摘要:
为了建立快速、准确地测定菜籽多酚含量的方法,以单宁酸为标准品,研究了Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定菜籽多酚含量的适宜条件。结果表明,在显色试剂2.5 mL、饱和Na2CO3溶液4 mL、反应温度40 ℃、反应时间50 min、比色波长757 nm的条件下,菜籽多酚浓度在 2~20 mg/L 范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系;Folin-Ciocalteu法的稳定性试验、精密度试验、重现性试验、回收率试验的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.419%、1.295%、2.30%、1.49%,表明该法能够快速、准确地测定菜籽多酚含量。
