摘要:
在实施城乡统筹发展的大背景下，以重庆市为例，应用主成分分析法得到城乡信息化指数与城乡民生统筹指数；通过建立信息化与城乡民生统筹间的回归模型，实际评估了信息化对城乡民生统筹发展的效果。结果表明，信息化与城乡民生发展有显著的正相关关系；提高信息化水平能促进城乡民生改善。
