摘要:
在农业现代化发展过程中，农业产业化龙头企业发挥重要作用。在国家相关政策扶持下，我国农业产业化龙头企业兼并重组取得了显著成效，农业产业化龙头企业规模迅速增加、辐射带动力不断增强、利益联结机制日益紧密，但在其进一步发展过程中仍面临诸多制度性障碍。通过对广东温氏食品集团股份有限公司的实证调研，梳理出这些具有普遍性的制度瓶颈，并提出针对性政策建议。
