摘要:
测定了由大豆皮、苜蓿草粉、西兰花茎叶粉、麸皮和米糠这5种典型高纤维原料作为唯一纤维来源的半纯合日粮在成年公鸡不同消化道内的NDF、ADF和CF总量及其单糖、半乳糖醛酸含量,并对各肠段单糖组成变化进行主成分分析,比较3种洗涤纤维成分在成年公鸡体内的生理性变化规律。结果表明,3种洗涤纤维总量在不同消化位点含量各有差异,但总体变化趋势相似,表现为小肠前段明显下降,小肠后段略有上升,到达粪便再次明显下降;NDF、ADF和CF的全消化道降解率范围分别为14%~32%、4%~16%和3%~13%。5种纤维来源的非淀粉多糖中,最易消化的单糖残基为阿拉伯糖,成年公鸡对非淀粉多糖的主要消化部位在大肠。
