摘要:
针对新疆石河子地区不同牛场(A牛场、B牛场)7—9月奶牛隐性乳房炎的发病情况以及主要致病菌进行调查,采用CMT法和体细胞分析仪(SCC)法相结合,随机抽取122头处于泌乳期的奶牛,对2种检测方法均为阳性的奶牛再进行致病菌的分离与鉴定。结果表明,新疆石河子地区A牛场、B牛场7—9月奶牛隐性乳房炎阳性率分别为86.1%、44.0%,阳性乳区率分别为41%、26%。SCC法检测结果显示,A牛场0~30万个/mL占8.3%,31万~60万个/mL占22.2%,61万~100万个/mL占18.1%,101万~200万个/mL占20.8%,200万以上个/mL占30.6%;B牛场0~30万个/mL占30%,31万~60万个/mL占32%,61万~100万个/mL占12%,101万~200万个/mL占14%,200万个/mL以上占12%。采用CMT和SCC检测仪相结合的方法提高了隐性乳房炎检出率,且隐性乳房炎的检测由定性检测转向了定量检测。由以上结果可见,新疆石河子地区7—9月是奶牛隐性乳房炎的高发季节。
