摘要:
用高效液相色谱法建立马拉硫磷手性农药对映异构体的拆分检测方法,以大鼠为研究对象,分为空白对照组(C)和试验组(T)。C组灌胃生理盐水2 mL/只,试验组灌胃马拉硫磷700 mg/kg后,分15、30、60、120 min分别采大鼠血浆、心脏、肝脏等样品,测定所有试验鼠血浆、组织中马拉硫磷对映体含量的变化情况,用EF(对映体分数)表示。通过口服途径对大鼠进行马拉硫磷对映体分析方法的建立及选择性代谢行为研究。结果表明,马拉硫磷对映体在大鼠血浆和组织中代谢存在明显的立体选择性,且R-构型较S-构型活性高。
