摘要:
通过气质联用(GC-MS)分析、清除DPPH自由基试验、抗突变试验、AGS及HT-29癌细胞增殖抑制试验,明确虫茶的香气成分及其体外功效。结果发现,虫茶香气成分主要包括11种,这些成分具有体外抗氧化、抗突变、抗癌效果。
