摘要:
针对城市污泥强制通风静态垛堆肥工艺,在整个堆肥周期采用固定翻堆频率的情况下,研究不同翻堆策略对堆肥物理和化学性质的影响。结果表明:不同翻堆策略对堆体理化性质的影响不同,翻堆作业可以显著降低堆体温度,加快降温期的降温速度。高温后期开始翻堆(处理3)可提高堆体达到的最高温度及整个堆肥周期的温度,同时更有利于堆肥物料的脱水干化、提高挥发性固体降解率,但会增大氮素损失量;不同翻堆策略对物料pH值和种子发芽率没有显著影响,3个处理均可实现物料的腐熟和无害化。为了保证污泥的脱水干化效果,建议采用处理3的翻抛策略。
