摘要:
为了研究外源微生物菌剂对以猪粪和香菇菌渣为原料的快速堆肥过程的影响,本研究设计了添加外源菌剂和空白对照(CK)2个处理,每个处理设置3个重复,进行了实验室规模的小型堆肥发酵试验,整个堆肥过程为期 14 d,同时监测堆肥过程中温度、含水率等主要理化指标的变化。结果表明:添加外源菌剂延长了堆肥过程处于高温阶段的时间,加速了有机质的降解和水分的利用,提高了堆肥产品中全氮、全磷和全钾的相对含量,并且使水溶性重金属离子和铵态氮的含量显著下降,使种子发芽率显著提高,但对堆肥过程中pH值的变化影响不大。本研究首次揭示了外源微生物菌剂对以猪粪和香菇菌渣为原料的快速堆肥过程的影响,具有一定的指导意义。
