摘要:
研究载锌沸石对鸡蛋品质、蛋鸡消化酶活性和养分消化率的影响。将360只30周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分成4组,每组6个重复,对照组在基础日粮中添加硫酸锌,含锌量为80 mg/kg,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.23%、0.34%、0.46%的载锌沸石,含锌量分别为40、60、80 mg/kg。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加0.46%载锌沸石能显著提高试验第4周蛋重;添加0.34%载锌沸石能够显著提高粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的表观消化率;添加载锌沸石对蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄颜色和哈夫单位等鸡蛋品质及胰腺和十二指肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶活性没有显著影响;0.23%载锌沸石组十二指肠和空肠蔗糖酶活性显著提高。在本试验条件下载锌沸石在蛋鸡日粮中的最佳添加量为0.34%,含锌量60 mg/kg。
