摘要:
为了筛选对雏鸡腹泻具有显著预防作用的芽孢益生菌,采用琼脂平板扩散法,以大肠杆菌菌株为病源指示菌,从健康鸡肠道中筛选到1株具有较强抑菌活性的拮抗细菌JM-42菌株,对该菌株进行形态学、生理生化、16S rDNA 序列分析,同时采用有机溶剂萃取和盐析法对其代谢产物进行提取,对其产物物质种类及性质进行分析。结果表明,JM-42菌株与标准菌株Bacillus velezensis的同源性最高,为99.92%,且二者在所构建的系统发育树上的同一分支上,最终鉴定JM-42菌株为B. velezensis。通过对其代谢产物进行初步分析得出,其拮抗物质为蛋白质,50%硫酸铵盐析所得到的蛋白质组分活性最强,且对热及酸碱敏感性较弱,性质比较稳定。
