摘要:
采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)与气质联用(GC-MS)相结合对药用植物木香薷中的气体成分进行了初步分析,比较了3 种不同涂层纤维的萃取头对木香薷气体成分的萃取效果和特点。结果表明,在相同试验条件下75 μm 的CAR/PDMS萃取头萃取效果最佳。
