摘要:
将猪粪与秸秆通过调节水分至配比3∶1(以鲜重计),采用机械强制通风、人工翻堆的静态高温堆肥方式,研究过程中各项指标的变化以及达到腐熟的情况。在堆肥进行的24 d中,根据温度的变化取8次样品进行分析。结果表明,至堆肥结束,铵态氮呈先上升后下降趋势,含量较初期减少82%,而硝态氮呈逐渐上升趋势,含量增加20%,水溶性有机碳呈递减趋势,总氮呈先下降后上升的趋势,液相水溶性有机碳与总氮的比值C/N由最初的2.1降到0.5,温度、pH值、WSC/TN、种子发芽指数GI已趋于稳定,初步认为堆肥24 d时腐熟基本完全,堆肥中氮素和碳素分别在升温期和降温期损失最大。猪粪与秸秆混合堆肥,水分是不可忽视的重要指标,物料高水分会使微生物发生厌氧反应,引发臭气,降低分解率,因此堆肥之前最好根据水分设计出一个初始配方,获得合适的C/N,后期可以通过加水来调节。建议在堆肥初期一次发酵时加大通风量,经常翻堆,在堆肥后期二次发酵时,由于易分解有机物反应基本结束,应适当减少通风量,减少翻堆次数,以确保高品质的堆肥产品。
