摘要:
发展贫困地区经济并保持持续增长成为扶贫工作首要难题。提出了攻关的发展特色经济是贫困地区脱贫的现实选择，在对国家贫困县化隆县沙连堡乡实地调研的基础上，以该地区“拉面经济”为载体，总结了贫困地区发展特色经济所面临的困难和问题，并有针对性提出了贫困地区发展特色经济的思路与对策。
