摘要:
以江苏省农村劳动力转移为视角，从就业人数、就业区域、就业方向分析江苏省农村劳动力转移的现状，指出江苏省农村劳动力转移存在文化程度低、技能单一、年龄分布欠合理、收入不高等现实问题，在此基础上，从政策统筹、产业支持、就业服务、教育培训、社会保障等方面提出加快江苏省农村劳动力转移的对策和建议。
