摘要:
采用玻片浸渍法测定了菜椒二斑叶螨雌成螨对3种杀螨剂的室内毒力，并进行了田间药效试验。室内测定结果表明，阿维菌素、唑螨酯、噻螨酮对二斑叶螨雌成螨的LC50值分别为9.921、1.939、1 225.602 mg/L，相对于敏感种群的抗性倍数分别为206.69、9.28、3.32。田间试验结果表明，1.8%阿维菌素乳油、5%唑螨酯悬浮剂、5%噻螨酮乳油450~600 g/hm2药后7 d的校正防效在90%以上，对菜椒二斑叶螨具有较好的防治效果。
