摘要:
以长江流域生猪养殖户为例,选取流域内、外对照组,实证分析不同规模养殖户对气象指数保险的购买意愿。研究结果表明,散户和小规模的养殖户脆弱性越高,适应性越低,对气象指数保险的购买意愿越低;中大规模农户的脆弱性低、适应性较强,购买意愿也较强,已进入良性循环的经营状态。由于在未来很长一段时期内,小农户仍将决定中国畜产品供给稳定的基本面,因此,偏向于小农户的差异化的气象指数保险补贴政策应具备较强的社会安全网功能。
