摘要:
回顾了近年来薄壳山核桃加工利用现状,详细介绍和分析了薄壳山核桃的食药用价值及加工利用情况,包括薄壳山核桃的果仁、青皮、花粉、果壳等方面,表明薄壳山核桃加工利用潜力巨大,旨在为我国薄壳山核桃的开发利用提供理论依据。
