摘要:
以富士苹果为材料,研究了采前10 d用10 mg/L外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)处理对果皮花青素合成与果实品质的影响。结果表明,虽然7个种植户之间数据存在一定差异,但外源ALA处理均能不同程度改善果实着色程度,在一定范围内提高果肉可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,并降低可滴定酸含量。与清水对照相比,ALA处理果实花青素平均值提高163.22%,固酸比、糖酸比平均值均提高1/3左右;但是,ALA处理对果实大小及硬度无明显影响。
