摘要:
以秸秆为研究对象,通过研究产气量、发酵液pH值、挥发性有机酸浓度、秸秆降解率和纤维素、半纤维素的分解率等参数,比较了37 ℃条件下不同微波处理时间(每天10、20、30、40 s)对秸秆厌氧发酵效果的影响。结果表明:微波辅助厌氧发酵能够提高秸秆发酵累计产气量,其中每天处理30 s产气量从对照组的5 765 mL提高到7 428 mL;发酵过程中发酵液pH值与发酵液中挥发性有机酸的含量呈正比;微波处理后秸秆失重率提高。说明秸秆厌氧发酵过程中每天微波处理30 s,能够显著促进纤维素、半纤维素分解,提高产气量。
