摘要:
通过乙酸乙酯振荡提取和HPLC-PAD测定方法,获得胡桃醌在土壤样品中的残留量。结果表明:当添加质量分数为1.0、10.0 mg/kg时,胡桃醌在黄壤、水稻土、石灰土中的添加平均回收率分别为85.5%~86.6%、76.0%~89.1%、78.1%~84.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为6.3%~8.2%、2.0%~5.9%、2.5%~3.4%;胡桃醌的最低检出量为5.0 ng,在土壤中的最低检出浓度为1.0 mg/kg。该方法操作简单,准确度、精密度及灵敏度均满足农药残留分析的要求,可用
