摘要:
为研究出一套完整的互叶白千层快繁技术体系,以互叶白千层幼苗茎段为外植体,分别以诱导率、增殖倍数、生根率为指标,采用正交试验对芽诱导培养基、丛生芽增殖培养基、生根培养基进行优化。结果表明,最佳诱导培养基为MS+ 0.01%活性炭+0.1 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA,诱导率为82.8%;最佳增殖培养基为MS+30 g/L蔗糖+0.25 mg/L 6-BA,增殖倍数为31倍;最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+30 g/L蔗糖+0.1 mg/L NAA,生根率达100%,移栽30 d后成活率达80%以上。研究结果为互叶白千层的工厂化育苗提供了技术参考。
