摘要:
提取在北京市房山地区野外环境中采集的1株野生菌子实体的基因组DNA,并以此为模板进行ITS、LSU和SSU片段的扩增、测序及比对分析。结果发现,从菌丝体基因组DNA中扩增获得了700 bp左右的ITS片段、850 bp左右的LSU片段和1 800 bp左右的SSU片段,经序列测定及比对,表明该真菌是Marasmiellus属菌株。建立了一种野生真菌快速、准确的鉴定方法。
