摘要:
针对肉鸡生产过程中的安全问题,基于改良关联规则挖掘算法(APTPPA)建立肉鸡产品质量安全预警模型。该模型以肉鸡养殖及屠宰过程中危害分析、关键控制点(HACCP)的异常数据为处理对象,采用模式指导树并行频繁项集挖掘算法(APTPPA),构造关联路径树,找寻最大频繁项集,提取预警关联规则,挖掘影响肉鸡产品安全的因素,通过试验验证预警模型的有效性。
