摘要:
通过Plackett-Burman试验,建立一种乙腈-无机盐-水双水相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测高效氯氰菊酯及其降解产物3-苯氧基苯甲醛与3-苯氧基苯甲酸,确立双水相萃取体系的最佳条件为:V乙腈V样品溶液=1 ∶1,振荡时间3 min,氯化钠 ∶样品溶液=1 g ∶1 mL。在最佳萃取条件下,对生物降解体系中浓度分别为10、100 mg/L的底物和降解产物平均回收率为94.6%~98.3%,变异系数为2.1%~3.4%。该方法可以同时检测生物降解过程中高效氯氰菊酯及其降解产物3-苯氧基苯甲醛与3-苯氧基苯甲酸,操作简单,结果准确。
