摘要:
分别采用美国盐土实验室推荐的USSL方法、浸润法制备土壤饱和泥浆,抽滤得到盐碱土饱和浸提液,测定电导率。结果表明:供试30份土样,2种方法获得的饱和泥浆土壤饱和含水量之间差异不显著;美国盐土实验室方法制备土壤饱和浸提液电导率变化范围为0.75~31.34 dS/m,浸润法制备的土壤饱和浸提液电导率变化范围为0.75~36.90 dS/m,2种方法制备的土壤饱和浸提液电导率测定值间不存在显著差异。
