摘要:
粮食安全已经成为中国农业发展的重要战略，城镇一体化战略的推进给中国粮食种植的数量和质量提出了新的要求。在对粮食安全战略进行解读的基础上，对世界其他国家粮食安全战略保障的做法进行了分析和借鉴，对粮食安全在新型农业生产经营主体中的风险体现也进行了分析，并提出了加大粮食种植设施投入、完善金融支持、鼓励科技创新策略以及加快职业农民培育等策略，实现新型农业生产主体的经营创新。
