摘要:

生鲜农产品季采季销的现象比较普遍，导致生鲜农产品经常出现滞销，同时不能满足消费者对生鲜农产品多样性需求，不利于我国现代农业的发展。提出生鲜农产品跨季销售模式，阐述推行该模式的动因、运行机理和保鲜服务类型，并给出相应的对策建议，以实现生鲜农产品跨季销售科学开展和生鲜农产品价值增值。
