摘要:
以感染内生真菌的草坪草高羊茅凌志为试验材料,建植内生真菌感染(E+)和不感染(E-)的高羊茅植株,并对其进行不同浓度的盐分胁迫,通过观测生长和相关生理指标,揭示内生真菌对宿主植物抗盐性的影响。结果表明,在盐处理下,内生真菌感染可导致高羊茅茎叶中丙二醛含量和还原糖含量增加;过氧化氢酶活性、脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶活性降低;内生真菌感染对宿主高羊茅的地上和地下产量有增益作用。
