摘要:
以水为提取剂,采用超声波和微波2种处理技术分别对冬枣多糖进行提取,比较2种方法的冬枣多糖得率。结果表明,超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1 g ∶10 mL、提取温度80 ℃、提取功率900 W、提取时间50 min、提取2次,多糖得率为9.343%;微波提取的最佳工艺条件为:在中高火720 W,料液比1 g ∶35 mL、提取时间50 s、提取1次,多糖得率为5.682%。可见,与微波提取法相比,超声方法提取冬枣多糖得率更高。
