摘要:
研究应用模糊综合评价法对南方小型灌区改造进行综合评价的方法。利用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,得到综合权重,使得评价方法简单实用;以江西省金溪县5个不同乡镇小型灌区为例,对改造运行状况应用上述方法进行综合评价。结果表明,评价结果与实际基本相同,说明这种方法应用到南方小型灌区综合评价中是可行的,对小型灌区的评价具有指导意义。
