摘要:
利用液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定蔬菜(豇豆)中氯磺隆等5种磺酰脲类除草剂残留,首先用甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液提取蔬菜中的磺酰脲类除草剂,经固相萃取柱净化后用LC-MS/MS进行分析,最终实现定性和定量测定。结果表明,此方法定量限可达0.6 μg/kg以下,回收率范围为80.1%~91.2%,RSD为3.7%~6.7%,符合我国食品中农药残留检测相关标准的要求。
